During my summer as a Graphic Design Intern at Flynn Wright, I had the opportunity to work across a variety of projects for both clients and the agency itself. From social media graphics and digital ads to event materials and campaign concepts, I gained experience adapting my design approach to different brands, audiences, and formats. Discover Ames Social Media
I created social media posts for Discover Ames featuring testimonials about the LINC project in Ames. The posts highlighted community perspectives and the project’s impact on the area. IFA Social Media
I created social media posts for the Iowa Finance Authority featuring real photos of people celebrating their new homes. I incorporated the brand’s established sketched style, using fun lines and hand-drawn elements to emphasize their excitement.

I created and resized ads for the Iowa Finance Authority using their established visual style. I incorporated their signature swirling line and playful design elements to create cohesive and engaging ads across different sizes.
Mediacom Local Email
I created an email for Mediacom Local that highlighted the features and services they offer. I focused on creating an engaging layout that made the information easy to explore while encouraging users to interact with Mediacom Local.
Mulchmatter Magazine Spread
I designed a magazine spread for Colorbiotics’ MulchMatters publication featuring the company’s previous owner and the story of how he started the company in 1995. I focused on creating a clean, engaging layout that highlighted his story while keeping the design consistent with the publication’s visual style.
